China Motor Show (Tianjin) 2022 will be held on September 29 - October 5, 2022
China Motor Show (Tianjin) 2022 (hereinafter referred to as "Auto Tianjin 2022") will be held on September 29 - October 5, 2022, at the National Convention Center (Tianjin), with total exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. Tianjin, with its location advantage, is expected to connect Beijing central administrative area, the industrial circle and megalopolis of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Integration, the industrial cluster and city agglomeration of Bohai Bay area, and the industrial cluster of Xiongan Headquarters Economic New Area. Auto Tianjin 2022 will continue to inject new vitality into the development of global auto industry.
With the long industrial chain and the huge market size, auto industry, the pillar industry of the national economy, has a strong driving effect. In the post-epidemic era, governments and enterprises across the country continue to strengthen coordination. In the meanwhile, the governments improve policies and measures to facilitate the smooth operation of the auto industry.
On April 25th 2022, the State Council issued “The Opinions on Further Releasing Consumption Potential and Promoting Sustained Recovery of Consumption”, which clearly stated that major consumption, such as automobiles, should be steadily increased in order to expand domestic demand and boost consumption. In July 2021, Tianjin became one of the five cities approved by the State Council to take the lead in developing the city as an international consumption center, focusing on integrating global consumption resources, building diversified consumption platforms, releasing the market potential with "consumption" as the core, and meeting people's needs for a better life.
The Auto Tianjin 2022 will foster a new development paradigm with domestic circulation as the mainstay and domestic and international circulations reinforcing each other. It will further facilitate the development of the auto industry in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, meet the new trend of consumer market and the economic development strategy layout, and call for the high-quality development of the global auto industry.
Auto Tianjin 2021 was held on September 29 - October 5, 2021, at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), attracting tremendous attention. As the first top level auto show held in the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), Auto Tianjin 2021 made remarkable achievements and achieved numerous innovations and breakthroughs. A total of 980 cars were displayed. 7 vehicles from Chinese companies and 7 vehicles from multinational companies made their debut at Auto Tianjin 2021. Moreover, 11 concept cars and 145 new energy vehicles were displayed at this show. 18 new car launching events and nearly 30 press conferences were held during the show, attracting 633,000 visitors. 4,213 journalists from 1,253 media at home and abroad witnessed the grand event.
In addition to the static display part, Auto Tianjin 2021 fully extended the crossover integration projects, including vintage car area, stock car area, and dynamic demonstration area, karting area and TAKEGISM area located in the South Square. Moreover, the first ADC Intelligent Driving Simulation Challenge, 4x4 off-road model car challenge, and diverse automobile cultures activities, such as self-driving class and STEAM course, provided various options to the visitors. The live broadcast of "Super Bowl of Auto Tianjin - Wonderful Night", a new way to visit the exhibition, was launched in the pioneering way of "interactive live micro-variety", creating a wonderful automobile carnival for the audience.
The Auto Tianjin 2022 will continue to be held at the National Convention and Exhibition Center (Tianjin), with an estimated total exhibition area of 200,000 square meters. Auto Tianjin 2022 will continue to invite domestic and international mainstream auto companies, focusing on the latest technologies and high-tech products, displaying the satisfactory variety of vehicles. On the basis of last year, Auto Tianjin 2022 will optimize the mode of exhibition, enrich exhibition theme, and create a new audience interactive communication mode, in order to build a high quality and international platform for the global auto industry, to promote communication and exchanges between industries, and to envisage the bright future of the industry.
